This is the very first monthly report. Writing it marks the project entering a more formal operating phase.
During October 2021 I focused on the following items:
Domain Registration
As you can see, https://maiyatang.co became the primary domain (at that time). Operations were planned to revolve around it.
Why the .co TLD? Superficially because .com was taken (obvious). The more practical reasons: .co is short, still reasonably recognizable, and can be filed for ICP in China, leaving room to provide faster service for domestic users in the future.
As of September 2025, the primary domain has changed to
tink.inkfollowing a rebrand to Tinkink.
Launching the Website
Even if the style wasn’t pretty and there were no real features yet, a minimal website is still a website. The homepage went live at https://maiyatang.co. Future services would be listed there. I hope to redesign it to look more modern and polished.
Tutorial Site
I spun up a tutorial site with VuePress at https://tutorials.maiyatang.co to record commonly used development guides.
There wasn’t (and still isn’t) a fixed roadmap; the idea appeared, so I built it—shipping early felt good. Baseline: don’t mislead people. If it helps others even a little, great; if not, it still serves as a personal knowledge log.
As of September 2025, the tutorial site has been migrated to https://devtuts.net.
Feishu Workspace
Re‑opened the Feishu workspace in October. Encountered a fair share of bugs, but after a round of tinkering it became usable for daily communication.
Feishu emphasizes “advanced teams use Feishu.” Setting it up early reflects an aspiration: to become an effective, modern team.
Summary
The road is long. October was a starting point; where it leads is unknown—but moving forward is the only correct direction.
