Here is what I worked on in November 2021:
Blog
The blog officially launched as a communication channel. New product announcements will also appear here.
While setting it up, I created a Hexo theme named Terminal: https://github.com/tinkink-co/hexo-theme-terminal. What you see is a terminal‑like interface—minimal and text focused.
As of September 2025, the blog has been merged into the main site at https://tink.ink/blog.
B2B Product Research
Some of this actually began in October. There are many excellent B2B products globally, each carving out its niche. Two notes:
Atlassian
An established vendor with widely known products: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc. Most lines are performing well (judging by financials and stock performance). They also invest in workplace content—blogs & podcasts—covering productivity and management topics.
Vercel
A personal favorite. Their flagship product streamlines static site deployment. The first time I tried it I migrated the blog in about one minute—impressive developer experience.
They also steward popular open‑source projects (Next.js, Hyper, etc.), each thoughtful and polished—evidence of a creative culture.
One open question: long‑term monetization. Despite multiple funding rounds, profitability isn’t obvious. Paid plans exist, but likely limited conversion at this stage.
Tutorial Site
Added a few more articles in November, but traffic remains near zero. It needs both more substantive content and some distribution strategy.
Other & Summary
Considerable time also went into a new product (still under development). I’ll share details once it’s publicly launched.
